Minted within view of the space shuttle pads in Titusville, Florida, this is the official bronze coin of STS-133 Space Shuttle Discovery.
In January, Steve Bowen replaced astronaut Tim Kopra, who was injured in a bicycle accident. The updated coin will have Bowen's name in place of Kopra's name. We apologize for any confusion.
